Waiver and Release of Liability
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that yoga involves physical movement and that participation carries the risk of injury. I confirm that I am responsible for monitoring my own wellbeing and will not push beyond my personal limits. I am fully aware of the risks involved and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
2. Health Declaration
I confirm that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in yoga classes. I have consulted with a physician if I have any pre-existing conditions or concerns.
3. Release of Liability
I release Sacred Healing Journeys, its owners, teachers and the venue from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from participation in any of the offerings.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sacred Healing Journeys from any claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in any of the offerings.
5. Acknowledgement
I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability. I acknowledge that by booking and/or attending a class, I agree to this waiver and release of liability, and that it is a binding agreement.
Terms & Conditions for Purchase of a Private 1:1 Pass
1. Pass Details
The multi-class pass is valid from the date of purchase for six months.
2. Class Reservations & Cancellation
Private classes must be booked in advance – ideally 48 hrs or more before class. Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 12 hours before the class start time. After the notice period of 12 hrs before the class start time, your class will not be refunded. All no-shows will result in a class being deducted from the pass.
3. Cancellations by Teacher
If a class, workshop, or private session has to be cancelled due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, suitable alternatives will be offered.
4. Expiration Policy & Transferability
All sales of multi-class passes are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. However, the multi-class pass can be transferred to a friend, either before any classes are being used, or in case of a medical event lasting longer than 4 weeks which prevents the holder of the pass to attend.
Any unused classes on the pass will expire after the validity period. No refunds or extensions will be given for expired classes.
5. Class Attendance
All offerings start on time. Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start. Late arrivals or early departures may result in missing parts of the class, and refunds will not be issued for any missed portion.
6. Health and Safety & Liability
Clients should consult with a physician before participating in yoga classes, especially if they have any pre-existing conditions. By attending classes, clients acknowledge that they understand the risks associated with physical activity and voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation, hereby releasing, waiving and discharge Sacred Healing Journeys, its owners, instructors, and staff from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during their participation in these classes.
7. Behaviour & Conduct
Clients are expected to show respect for instructors, fellow participants, and the space. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without refund.
Clients are asked to turn off or silence mobile phones during class to maintain a calm and focused environment for everyone.
8. Changes to Terms
Sacred Healing Journeys reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

Group Offerings
1. Booking & Payment Policy
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
2. Expiration Policy & Transferability
All purchases are final. Missed or expired classes are non-refundable and cannot be extended. However, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member if you’re unable to attend.
3. Cancellations by Teacher

Sacred Healing Journeys is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items brought to class.
